Mike pulled my chestnuts out of the fire on this one. My own driver was arrested for an expired CDL ... and held. Out of touch totally. This was a time-sensitive Must Deliver (fairly rater for a commodity... Something to do with Christmas!) Mike was in frequent touch with the client, with my producer in Baltimore, and with me to get the job done, and on time.

Anthony pulled me out of a deep hole. Had a MUST Friday noon delivery for a large volunteer project to work over weekend. Hot shot driver -- delivered precisely where manager directed. On time both pickup and delivery. First class performance.
