Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We are disputing the cancellation. Our profile clearly mention we are a freight broker. We did not operate or communicate outside of the uship network. We have sent e mails for the shipment setup in order to provide proper shipping label. Shipment posted under LTL freight, this is exactly what we offer. We are just following up with normal shipment procedure in order to get this freight moved. We would prefer to move the freight.
