I've shipped lots of vehicles and in general the shippers are all pretty much the same. 1 contact before pickup and one around delivery. Marvel set a new standard for me. The communication was fantastic and the pickup and delivery were like clockwork. Bravo guys!!!

Jason kept me informed all the way. He did exactly what he said he would and delivered the bike without harm within a few hours of his estimate. Can't get any better than that.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I paid cash to the shipper at his request. Only after he left did I realize that the shipping was already pre-paid by me. S othis means I've paid for this shipping twice. I need to get my uship money back. I searched everywhere for a way to cancel that payment but the only action available to me seems to be to cancel the shipping.
