Meekah was a large Rottweiler, overnight trip went well other than the lack of signal in the middle of nowhere and apparently owners needed updated more than 5 or 6 times in a 24 hour period

I’m not sure where 5 or 6 times come from as I asked once how she was and if you could send a photo to ease my mind. I based my review from my communication as well as the new owners communication from her end. The past transporter I used sent photos and updates without being asked. I guess your upset I gave 3 stars. I was being honest for my review. Nothing personal. Most importantly, Meekah was safe and arrived to her destination.

Michelle was very personable and likeable. My only reason for giving three stars was lack of communication along the way. I asked for updates and picture but didn’t get one. Our dog got to her destination but the new home also expressed lack of communication as well. When transpoting someone’s animal, communication should be priority. Again, the transporter was very kind, personable and likeable otherwise.

He was absolutely wonderful! I was very nervous but Richard made it clear there was no reason to be. I felt safe knowing my puppy wasn't being transported with multiple pets and that she arrived safely to her new home! Will hope to use his service again in the future! Thanks again to a professional yet down to Earth kind of man. Andrea
