A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I can not meet the 18th deadline. Offered to pay for 1 day boarding until I could arrive next day. Weather conditions leading up to this pick up included 2 snow storms, blizzard with white our conditions, interstate closure, dense fog for several hours and delayed flight on previous pick up

Tom and Lu-Anne were very responsive and took very good care of my Coco. 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time She moved the date for pick up back about four times. I do not have any confidence now that she will pick up my pet.
