The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They accepted the terms that I advertised the shipment with which were to pick up the vehicle in 3 days, but immediately told us it could be up to 5 days. It has been 12 days now and I have already had to pay over $350.00 in storage fees to the auction where the vehicle was to be picked up from. At one point over a week ago they gave me a pickup time and date but they didn't puck it up or even let me know they hadn't! They just called me for the first time this morning and said they were still

Michael was great to work with, kept me well informed at each step, was very prompt and did exactly what he said he would do. He even had a few issues to deal with, caused from our side and he didn't complain and took it in stride. It was one of the best experiences I have had with U-Ship thus far. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After several attempts to contact them they finally contacted me after 3 days and said they couldn't do the shipment because of problems on their end, which has left me in a considerable bind and facing storage fees
