Severely disappointed from day one. They arrived a day and half late for pickup. They did make good time for drop off, but our cats smelled like cigarettes and cat urine.

Primo Logistics was amazing. He was on time picking up, we had updates all along the way, and he was amazing with our puppies. We have a really hyper kinda dumb dog and he handled her beautifully. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to take care of their fur babies when they cant during a move or just to get them from point A to point B. Thank you for taking sich good care of them!!!
