Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This chap confirmed the day to collect and deliver and then when i paid the deposit he changed to another day. Could not get him on his advertised phone number and did not reply to emails. Appalling!

dreadful time with this courier - he was about 5 hours late, said he would help load, but really wasn't capable - felt very sorry for him and his dad - would be fine with boxes, etc., but not heavy furniture - really mucked up my day and that of others who were going to help unload - had a long long day absolutely exhausting and very stressful. put me off using USHIP for good really. They were honest and kind, but the job was really beyond their capabilities. Response from cameronscouriers1: Thank you for your constructive feedback. Unfortunately due to mechanical issues we were unable to avoid the timing issue and are sorry for that. We have learned lessons from the day and taken all onboard to ensure that none of the issues occur in future to drive business forward hence our positive feedback since. My apologies for your experience on this occasion.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This poor driver left glasgow at 3am this morning - he told me he would be passing through Trowbridge at 12-2pm - he didn't call me til 4pm to say he was in Southampton - I have employed 2 men in Trowbridge who have been waiting since 12noon to help him load - I have to pay them - he realised he wouldn't be at Trowbirdge until 7pm would then have to load and then drive to Sussex getting to Sussex for 10pm - the man that I have employed to help him unload will obviously not be there - I am very v

Although these guys delivered in the end, they were four hours late for pick up and they hadn't even booked the delivery in to their schedule, even though they had arranged a pick up time with me! I know and really appreciate all the work that all couriers do, and I know how hard you all work - but come on guys, we are your customers and to ignore my phone calls for two hours is very bad business practice, the whole experience made me very anxious and upset.Delivered well, thank you for that.
