Frustrating experience. Scheduled for pickup at 6pm in the evening. Message saying problems with the truck and would arrive at 12:30am. Too late! Agreed to 7:30am next morning. At 8:00am, when they had not arrived, I called and was told that there were GPS and phone issues. They arrived at 8:15am. Items were packed nicely. Similar issues with delivery - running late, arranged for delivery following day, again hours late. Items were in good condition upon arrival. Guys were nice.

Great first USHIP experience! Felt very confident and safe based on excellent communication. Very pleased all around with service and value and would highly recommend Ernest (ernjun). I will definitely use him again and have already passed on his info to friends.
