My dog arrived in good condition. I can't give 5 stars because of timing issues on both ends. My dog was 2 days late being picked up and 3 days late being dropped off. I understand delays due to weather and traffic. In this case we were clear that he had to be picked up and dropped off at certain dates/times which did not happen making it stressful and inconvenient for us. I would only use again if I could be convinced the shipment would be picked up/dropped off as scheduled.

Thank you for your feed back. I’m sorry that my Driving 20 hours to meet your delivery deadline didn’t satisfy. I can’t control two snow storms and a blizzard with white out conditions which caused the initial delays .

My pup was scheduled for pick 9am Sat morn and delivery on Sun evening. Due to an problem with a/c in vehicle he was not picked up until 8pm on Sun evening. He was then driven 2 hours back to drivers home for the night. They were to depart for MA FIRST THING Sun morn. Driver did not leave Lakeland, FL until 3pm on Sunday. My pup was to arrive in MA on Mon eve. He did not arrive until Tuesday at 10pm. The driver also did not give my husband the pups bed. I don't know what they did with it...
