Rich was THE BEST! Had no idea what to expect from a stranger, relying only on feedback. So glad I did. I was honest in regards to everything I needed to move; that made the move much smoother as he had a game plan in mind prior to his arrival in LA. We were in n'out of my 1 bedroom apt in less than an hour (i did hire 2 additional men to load with a quickness as I had a flight to catch). He arrived in Austin ahead of time & we unloaded pretty quickly. Thanks again!
