I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I emailed client on 1/14 to obtain pick up/delivery info to arrange services. Client never replied. Email states that info must be relayed via email as I am on the road driving. I was off last week due to a death of a friend. Unfortunately I forgot to put the away message on the voicemail indicating we were unavailable thereafter. In the course of this, the client felt he was unable to reach us and decided to cancel. Totally understandable.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period When I book with uship I like dealing with the driver one on one. This shipper appears to be a company. Once I paid, I have only received one e-mail. I have tried calling 3 times and no one ever answers. Their window to call is only 6 hours per day. I left a message, and their answering machine says they will call back within 24 hours. To me that is too long, besides it's now been 72 hours and no call back. I don't feel comfortable with this shipper so I would like to cancel and receive a full r
