although this shipment had its challenges from the shipper and lack of communication to the remote location in back woods bc...to the goat trail and the resident who live there his lack of wanting to help was unprofessional to say the least, to having to wait 4 hours to be paid as the shipper would not communicate ...I would not ship his loads any more due to this lack ...heck other than those issues it was a success....

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have sent all the emails to the desk. Service provider notified me that he had picked up shipment. I paid the deposit as per terms. Two days later he sent me an email saying they picked up the wrong piece of equipment and were going to get it. Uship notified me that this carrier was under review. When I asked him for the money back he told me to [content removed - contained profanity]
