Pickup and shipping went very smoothly; only hangup was inability to deliver to our house so I had to pick up at shipping facility and transport home. Tough time of year in Montana with snow/ice. One item did not get packed in the shipment so a family member will have to send it to us. However, I am satisfied with Ponceco and recommend them to others.
