Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I was calling all afternoon yesterday waiting for me to send me the directions and they never sent me, what is this? Are they fucking me? They did not answer any message or any call, this is not fair, let my driver waiting all afternoon and all night we come to pick up this today and I never received the directions or a message any call from this Lord.

BROKER ACCEPT QUOTE AND PROMISED TO MOVE EQUIPMENT BY MONDAY,3 DAYS GOES BY AND THEY STILL HAVENT ANY DRIVERS AVAILABLE TO MOVE EQUIPMENT , QUOTE PRICE WASNT EVEN LOW . TIRED TO DEAL WITH COMPANIES THAT THEY LIES ABOUT THEIR SERVICES

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time booker says machine will be pick up Monday 23 nov , machine never been pick up , try to contact booker , he won't answer my calls or call me back , bad customer service from this company thats why I canceled it.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke few times with company transportation , they haven't pick up my machine , I already pay some of the booking. They said I need to pay the full amount , I don't know why because uship usually charge some of the booking and then when they finished with the transportation , you paid them rest of the amount , bad customer service with this company .
