A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer was not home or available by phone when were scheduled to pickup their cat. We waited for an hour customer reached out over 4 hours after we abandoned pickup.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, the driver was attempting to call the pickup location and was misdialing the number and due to not getting in contact with pickup they continued their route not being able to pickup. They provided another time for me 2 weeks out but I cannot wait that long.
