I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper confirmed via phone call immediately after booking. I have been unable to get a response from shipper since then and pickup window passed. Called, texted and emailed- I hope they’re okay.

Due to personal issues that came up for William, this experience turned out to be far more drawn out and complicated than we hoped, but I believe William did his best. In the end, we got all our items, delivered in two separate runs. William was fast to respond to all communications throughout - although I highly recommend phone calls instead of texts with him, as we had a handful of miscommunications via text that caused stress. Thanks and hope you have smoother sailing again in the future.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider failed to meet deadlines, pushing the date back twice. They also failed to meet expections they set for communicating with pickup party multiple times. And requested twice I text pickup information, regardless of it being in uShip. Simply not acceptable service- to the point of not trusting them with the shipment or the additional promises of being able to provide service "next week". I would not use this shipper again. Unprofessional.
