I should have gone to these guys first. They were straight up about everything, and after signing the contract, before I could blink, he had a truck loading the forklift and sent photos. The truck arrived three days ahead of schedule and everything was super smooth. Excellent communication as well! I have waited four weeks and signed two other contracts with shippers, neither of which delivered. CSO is awesome to work with!

MI Logistics hired R&L Carriers who not only lost the shipment of furniture, but when they did find it, attempt to extort more money to deliver it. Then delivered a marble top,although crated, was shattered. My 80 yr old mother took delivery but R&L would not help her inspect it and told her to sign the receipt because it was ok. The top took an hour to uncrate to see it was shattered. R&L damaged denies any responsibility. We are pursueing them both through the State Attorney General and court
Response from miLogistics:
First, the shipper did not use our Bill of Lading (per our instructions) and consequently sent it to the wrong location, which resulted in additional charges to correct the error (which he utlimately did not pay). Lastly, the shipment was not inspected and damages were not noted at delivery which creates major problems when filing a claim. We make it very clear how important it is to inspect the freight at delivery, because failing to do so can void any claim. Our terms state this; he knew.

Absolutely great experience. The item was shipped faster than expected and the drivers were extremely courteous. Great communications with and from FairPricedShipping staff. I will look to ship with these guys next time.

This shipper did the job better than ever expected and went way above and beyond the call of duty. Great guy and takes care of business. Would recommend to anyone.
