The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am sending a cancellation request for the following reasons: 1. They did not show up on the estimated date 2. Poor communication (took days or weeks to hear back from text, calls, voicemails and emails to the company and specific driver Matt. 3. Five different times they have told me and the person releasing motorcycle they would be there the next day and then didn't contact us for a few days saying they had truck problems. 4.
