Great job (beds arrived in good shape!) - a slow start to respond with initial communication but went out of their way several times during the week to let me know where they were and when they thought the drop off would be. Pick up & drop off completed in less than a week. Very helpful & friendly at pick up and drop off and set up the beds before they left - even moved other furniture in the room. Good experience and I would recommend them to others.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After talking with the shipper, he is not able to pick up the shipment prior to May 17 which was the date required (per bid request). He was going to cancel from his end but I have not heard anything yet. I will have to wait now and list the shipment at a later time.
