I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have left several messages and sent several emails to galactic express without a response. They did call once a few days ago, but I missed the call. I selected them because of their response during the bidding process, but I have not been impressed since. I need to confirm times of pick up and delivery. I am not confident they will be there at the scheduled time. I will be on a very strict timetable on the day of pickup because I am flying into to Greenville and leaving the same day.
