The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Tractor was way too heavy for me to haul, was over by 4,000lbs of the posted weight. Terry is a great customer to deal with, and I would like to work with him in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not show up when he agreed and would not return calls or emails. I finally got a hold of him and he hung up on me. very unprofessional. Don't use this service provider!

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I phoned Ritchie bros. and there are no flat tires and the tractor runs. I don't know what the shipper is talking about. I think he just wanted to get out of the shipment,
