The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I had a good time window and it didn't have to be picked up until February.

The shipper kept changing the time. Waited all day yesterday he was a no show. Today got up early at 8 oclock as planned and again no show. As for the time frame i cant keep missing work for no shows.

Roman helped load his things into my pickup and trailer. He paid just as soon as the shipment was done. He was kind in letting me go see my new granddaughter before I picked up his shipment. He was was always joyful. I hope to deliver for him again.

Terry was prompt in picking up my furniture. He took extra effort to assure my shipment did not get damaged from the rain. He communicated with me all the way from pick up to drop off. He also made sure the items were arranged so they would not shift during transport. I highly recommend Terry and will use him again for my future shipments. A++++

Mke provided excellent sevice at a good price. He picked up the vehicle on time and kept me informed along the way as to the delivery date. He delivered the car when he said he would. AS a first time user of Uship, I was a little nervous. Brett put me at ease. I felt very comfortable dealing with him after our first initial contact. He picked up my items on time and delivered them not only on time but in perfect shape. His price was very reasonable compared to other shippers. I am glad I found him and will highly recommend him.
