The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier seemed aggressive and committed. Did not show on time (12-noon), or call they were delayed. When I reached them, they swore 2hrs away. No call no show again, 4hrs later I finally reached them after 6 attempts. They were still 2hrs away , and did not make dealer cutoff of 5pm (Saturday). Carrier swore they would stay locally and pick up first thing Monday morning at 8am. at 9am, no call no show.
Sent text, carrier replied, having breakfast, be back there shortly to pick up. 11:15am
