Caterina was absolutely wonderful! She communicated with me before her arrival, and via the receiver on the way to the destination. She was professional, courteous, helpful and considerate. I would use her again any time I needed to move a horse!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The contract, sent 2 days prior to scheduled shipment, stated that a Coggins and a health cert be completed. I was not aware that any of these were required, because the horse was travelling entirely in-state. I attempted to contact the shipper on 2 occasions to see about rescheduling so that I can have the necessary time for these items, but have not received any response whatsoever.
I am therefore cancelling this shipment and will relist.
