POOR SERVICE AT BEST.Accepted the BID and received all paperwork(FAXED OVER TO THE HOTEL AND CONFIRMED WITH RON),promised to pick up next day or to pay storage fee if late and vanished without a single phone call or email.Didn't return any messages.Had to find another carrier and paid storage fees myself.Left me "hanging" not knowing what was going on.BE WARE !!!!!
