This trip originally turned out to be a nightmare, because of my transport unit being struck by a DUI driver, I had to cancel on this gentlemen. He was extremely understanding and compassionate. We managed to rearrange the trip with another vehicle a week later. He is a very pleasant and understanding man. I may be new to UShip, but I am not new to the business, and considering, the events, this gentlemen has to be one of the best customer I have had in the 7+ Years in business. Great.......

One of our transport units was stuck over night by a hit-and-run DUI driver, the unit was disabled. Do to this the trip had to be cancelled. This by no means was the fault of this shipper. This shipper, through conversation, seems to be a stand up individual. We thank the shipper for their understanding, and compassion they have shown.
