I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment i have noticed a issue with my truck and dealership said going to be weeks for parts its not fair to my customer to have to wait because of my problem getting parts

Very good communication skills, he kept me up to date with any changes and delivered on time.

Had some weather delays that shut down the highways. A heads up would have been ideal as our time line on delivery got pushed up a bit. Once things improved Jo did all he could to make up for lost time.
