Der Drucker wurde sehr zügig sogar vor der vereinbarten Zeit abgeholt und ich bin über jeden Fortschritt im Versand sofort von Herrn Stein informiert worden. Leider gab der Spediteur das Paket aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen am falschen Ort ab. Herr Daniel Stein hat am Wochenende Kontakt zu mir gehalten und das Paket ist am nöchsten Werktag wohlbehalten bei mir angekommen. Für den Ärger wurde mir eine Gratislieferung angeboten, was ich sehr nett fand, aber nicht in Anspruch gebommen habe.
