Jose was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly with excellent communication skills. Picked up a refrigerator from a store 120 miles away. Took photos before covering it with blankets and loading it onto his truck. Kept me posted on his ETA. First a general time window and then 30min out. For the drop-off, he and his assistant used a refrigerator dolly to maneuver it past tricky corners, a short flight of stairs and through a narrow doorway, being ever so careful with each step. Thank you!

Very easygoing yet professional. The upright piano being shipped was wrapped in blankets and plastic and was in perfect shape upon arrival. Good phone coordination. Justin and his work partner were helpful and courteous with the pick-up and drop-off process. Highly recommended.
