The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i received an email the first time stating that the driver was told that the order was not ready for pickup, when they in fact never went. I then received an email stating the driver found not find the location even through they were just there the day before. So, i was given no option to find another pickup source or loose my merchandise.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved YRC went months ago to try to pick up this load. It was brought to my attention weeks later that we had still not received the order. I reached back out to YRC as to why the shipment had not been picked up. YRC then scheduled to pick the load up again this past week, and the pickup location refused to give out the load do to the extended time frame (months past due). Now it needs to be canceled.
