The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THESE PEOPLE WERE A NIGHTMARE FROM THE START. THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE AND WHEN THEY FINALLY RESPONDED IT WAS LIE AFTER LIE REGARDING THE PICKUP TIME. HERE WE ARE ALMOST, 1OPM AT NIGHT, AND THEY STATED 2 HOURS AGO THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE "IN 20 MINUTES". THIS IS ABSURD AND THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ONLY NOT "TACTFUL" THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND LACK INTEGRITY. I HAVE WAITED SEVERAL DAYS FOR THIS PICKUP AND "TACT" SHIPPING HAS COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME.
