If I could use this company for every shipment I have I most definitely would. Such a smooth process. Keith took his time and stretch wrapped and also blanket wrapped all of the items. Communication was excellent!!!

NEGATIVE 0! The owner (Marlon) held on to my dresser for almost 6 weeks without ANY communication. Pickup was 11/6 with delivery no later than 11/21. After filing a claim with USHIP and being forced to file a police report for theft, Marlon finally responded to USHIP and brought the dresser back to me on Jan 17 with $2700.00 worth of damage. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. I'm still fighting to be reimbursed for damages. He also refused to release his insurance information if I left a bad review here.

Completely False. I’m not the kind of person replying to reviews but in this case I will. This lady is very dishonest. It’s clearly that she is trying to get money from my insurance company. Filing false claims for stolen property, threatening to file a civil claim against my company, Luckily I took her piece to a Pro furniture shop in San Francisco before delivering to her Origen point GUYS IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE STAy AWAY FROM THIS LADY,
