I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper is ignoring all my attempts to arrange a pick up of my shipment. I've emailed, text, and left voicemails. He answered the phone once when my girlfriend tried Sunday evening. Provided no valid reason for poor communication. Explained his driver whereabouts is unknown for my Sunday 28th pick up and would dispatch a new driver for Monday 29th in the morning. Continues to not respond with any news or progress. At this point, my confidence to do business with this shipper is compromised.
