A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Severe Winter storms in Northern Michigan led to extreme difficulty in securing a driver. They had a driver but he got stuck in the snow. Same with a second driver. Great communication and will use again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On June 6th the provider only responded to one text, did not answer phone, and failed to pick up the truck as agreed upon.
Not sure why he did not respond to multiple attempts.
We really need to have this truck delivered to Utah.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I found out by the dealer that a closed box trailer would not work for this shipment.
It requires an open trailer so the snowblower can be lifter over the side.
This provided was very understanding and handled my need to cancel in a
courteous kind of way.
