For: 2005 ATV Yamaha 450
We had weather problems that set us back on the delivery date..Driver was very helpful in getting ATV on our pick=up..We needed to talk more, on communications...Cell phones receive TEXT messages, and it would have bennefitted if we could have gotten texted (I didn't check my messages every day & had internet problems).This was our first time having anything shipped...PRICE WAS GREAT!!! Glad to have it completed, will use USHIP again...& Strictly Business.

Thank You Betty For Your Feedback. Although text messaging is an option, I listed, as I do with all customers ,that I communicate through Emails and PHONE CALLS((YOU NEVER ONCE MENTIONED THAT I SHOULD TEXT MESSAGE YOU UNTIL THE DELIVERY DATE)) I would have been HAPPY to text you. I sent MANY MANY emails that you never checked and you were having trouble with your phone reception so I couldn't get ahold of you. Thank You For The Positive Feedback. The next item you ship will go smoother i'm sure.
