The first guy ADL sent refused to take our vehicle. We had to wait until the next day for them to find someone else. Then that guy demanded an additional $100 over the agreed price. Finally, when he delivered the vehicle 2 or 3 days later than promised, the vehicle's clutch was entirely burned up and destroyed.
I will never ever ever use ADL again.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with your driver. 1st) The truck driver cannot request any additional money than what is on contract; why didn't you reported it immediately to our offices as instructed so we could solve the issue for you? 2) We include full liability insurance for a reason: if there is any damage and you noted it in the BOL as per our instructions. please contact our office so we can file an insurance claim for you and get it fixed.

Jeff did an excellent job. He hauled our stuff for a very reasonable price, and even helped me carry some heavy things upstairs despite having only bid on dropping off. If I move again, I'll be calling him up.
