I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper postponed and sent copy paste messages for several weeks and has not responded for over 3 weeks now. I have contacted customer support and shipper didn't reply to USHIP customer support either. I am aware of this shipper leaving several other colleagues (furniture dealers) stranded with confirmed shipments. I have lost business and money from this situation. I wish they would've just cancelled instead of stringing me along and changing dates without proper communication. They never answe
