The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider has changed pick up date and times numerous times. It has been past the promised 10 day pick up time frame. Response from kaffa: sorry sir! the weather conditions are very bad, and we did'n want to risk the other shipment. thank you, and sorry ones again

Excellant provider. I originally booked with a different provider who after continued excuses and rescheduling for a pick up, I rebooked on Uship. Chasnik responded with a great price and picked up the bike the same day. He continued to keep me informed and responded to all communications immeadiately. If you want fast service and great communication this is your man. If you want crummy service and no communication I can give you the name of the other provider, but I would just go with Chas
