The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment SGT Auto transport could not schedule shipment of my car over the two week period they had the contract to do so. Lots of excuses about difficulty of the route, the holidays, etc, however they initially represented themselves as finding a carrier and picking up a car in 1 - 3 days.
Two weeks later and nothing. I spoke with the company multiple times, finally agreeing to a cancellation of
the contract with the dispatch manager.
