I booked this shipment based upon the price, but also based upon the shipment arriving on the date that was originally disclosed, 2-5-2020...Unfortunately, the delivery date changed not once but twice. The delivery occurred on 2-7-2020...Unfortunately, this shipment is mission critical and it caused problems with my customer and a lot of extra communication and changes in plans. I am very unhappy with this service and wish shipper would have been upfront from the beginning.
