could somebody please tell me how to get a REFUND...my shipper cancelled and I need to get my deposit back. and I cannot figure out how on this site.

This transport company was FANTASTIC. I needed to change the dates twice and this guy worked with me all the way. And when he transported my horse he did it with the care and respect my horse deserved..he treated my horse like it was his own. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED !! And the price was fair right off the bat...unlike some other providers who were very high and came down later..showed me alot about the character of Joe.
