There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Advert advised 1 package but 2 when ready on,y 1 size listed No,problem shipper paid extra 14 pounds We were then advised needed dedicated shipment not consolidated as what we quoted on This was not mentioned on the advert anywhere Shipper wants to,cancel and have re fund which we will do

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Firstly added extra £2 to balance Then wanted extra £16 for delivery Then wanted to send by yodel not door to door courier service for special care products as advertised Considering yodel charge the same for 48hr delivery upto 25kg why the extra 16 pound added. As it only costs 15 inc vat all in Dreadful service
