Hello,

The shipper arrived as agreed (although very late due to traffic) to pick up items. Delivery was timely as he promised. I am not present to verify condition of the items at this point. My brother and husband, who were at pick-up and delivery points respectively, had no complaints. I am satisfied. The shipper accepted my terms and was prompt to respond, keeping in touch when necessary. I thank him and wish him the very best.

This was my first time with uShip so although not quite what I expected, Glen & Cindy were very nice. They came on the scheduled day for pick-up, & delivered the items safely. There was a very small tear in 1 sofa which they took care of, & part of the wood broke which they advised me how to fix. I worried about my plants but they took care of them & the plants survived the trip. This was a good 1st experience & I would use uShip again, & would recommend Glen/Cindy to others. Thanks & good luck!
