Veronica is a good customer to work with - she is responsive and pleasant in her communications, the item was ready for pick up at the agreed upon time, and she was flexible with delivery timing. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver's car broke down just before the scheduled pick-up. They emailed to notify me. I hope to find a new driver with a new listing as soon as possible.
