The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Their communication isn’t the best and they have spent the last 11 days telling me that my shipment has been delayed and telling me that they will get back to me. They never follow up with me. Also I have to continue sending Liz emails for her to finally respond once. She hasn’t told me why my shipment was delayed. Overall I haven’t had a good experience.
