Our Profile clearly says that we're a Broker and Carrier and both of our License and USDOT are posted on Uship.com ! In our bid details nor in the section Answer & Questions we did NOT mentioned that this vehicle will be loaded on one of our company trucks! Also per our bid details we have 7 days for pick-up from the date the car is ready to be shipped which was 01/07/10 and we still have time to assign a trucker to this order.If we can't assign a truck by 01/15/10 we'll accept the cancellation.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Truck originally scheduled for this transport was unable to pick up vehicle due to mechanical issues. We are not able to reschedule at this time. Response from Paul R.: willhaulit committed to a pickup on 12/29 or 12/30. They did not show up either time. They have not responded to multiple phone calls and e-mail messages. They initiated the cancellation request claiming that they cannot reschedule. I do not believe they are telling the truth. If they were, a simple return of my phone call could have resolved the situation.

Quick and efficient communication, took excellent care of the furniture being transported, and showed up when promised. Highly recommended.?

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider claimed that they would provide transport. However, they are acting as both a transporter and broker. They do not have any of their own transporters available on the route I need, but they didn't disclose this to me until I called them. They "suggested" increasing my bid by $100 or more to "attract" a driver. When I accepted their bid it was with the understanding that they would be doing the transport, not brokering it to an unknown driver.
