David and PPM were a pleasure to deal with. I had given them bad info on the opening time of the auction house where pick up was to take place, but they were flexible and still able to accomodate my delivery date. This is the first time I used this service and I'm thrilled that I had such an excellent experience with this company. They truly went "above and beyond."
