We hauled a CAT TH62 Telescopic forklift for him from Ohio, USA up to Ridgeville, MB, Canada. Shipment went smooth, and we would do repeat business again anytime. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Despite numerous attempts to contact service provider - no reply Went through u ship to establish communication. U ship received communication that service provider would contact us directly. We still have had no word from him. Service provider was booked July 7th .... stated on quote that item would be picked up within 6 days and delivered within 4. It is now July 19th and item is still in situ!!
