The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had tried to contact the shipper several times over two weeks. And finally got some very confusing emails from him yesterday (Oct 22nd). Then I spoke to the person whom the items are being collected from and she had received a phone call and made arrangements with the shipper to have the items collected on Sunday 20th October at 5.30pm. The shipper never arrived. She eventually got through to him at 9.30pm to find he had broken down but not informed her. Due to these incidents I feel uncomfort
